Chef Enrique was born and raised in Andalusia, south Spain where the art of cooking is a deep part of their culture. From generation to generation his family has kept and transmitted the secrets of the traditional Spanish cuisine; extremely diverse, delicious and always based on high quality and fresh products.
His passion for Spanish cuisine and a long experience in many countries around the world have inspired Enrique to create and share traditional recipes, the world famous Valencian Paella, his specialty.
The Menu that Chef Enrique has created brings to your table the essence of the different Spanish regions and traditions. Each option is elaborated using only natural ingredients: selected original Spanish products, a variety of fresh meat and vegetables, Cold Pressed Virgin Spanish Olive oil, a touch of precious spices … and a ton of love, always.
